There is a fee schedule for submitting Architectural Review.

30 days after complete packet submission & governmental approvals obtained by owner

30 plus days after project starts

$50/month late fee

30 days after complete packet submission & governmental approvals obtain by owner

60 plus days after project starts and no application submitted or approved

$50/month late fee plus removal of improvement made without approval if substantially different in appearance, size, color, materials, location or otherwise, from what was present when home built or later approved by Committee including injunctive relief, and recovery of costs of removal, damages, reasonable attorney fees, and costs.
